5 Functional Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalayas Transforming Higher Education in Rural Assam
There were 17 Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya (PDUAMs) in Assam which were to be set up under PDUAM Assam Colleges RUSA Colleges in Assam They have the intention of enhancing the penetration of Higher Education in Rural Assam in the backward and rural regions. Currently there are 5 full operational colleges and the rest 12 colleges are in their finishing stages. Students will also have access to all these colleges within a short duration of time
This article will provide much information about those five operating colleges that are establishing a new model of education
Assam has set up a total of 17 PDUAMs under RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan) of which a number of colleges are now fully functional. Under this article, we are providing the detailed information about five key colleges which are now making the difference in the sphere of higher education
