Hussain Ahmed Barbhuiya, popularly known as Hussain Fitness1, is a rising Assamese bodybuilder who has made his mark in India’s fitness world. Born on 5th January in Kalain is a Town in Kalain Tehsil in Cachar District of Assam State, India. It is located 32 KM towards west from District head quarters Silchar. (32nd Town area), he has become one of the most inspiring athletes from the region. Despite limited resources, his dedication and discipline led him to earn multiple honors in bodybuilding, including 2× Mr. Bangalore Gold Medal, 2× Mr. Karnataka, and Mr. India Bronze Medal 🥉.
He represents the fitness team “TEAM SURMA” and continues to inspire thousands of fitness enthusiasts across the country. Hussain’s humility, hard work, and consistency have made him a role model for many young athletes from Assam who dream of national recognition in the field of bodybuilding

After completing his education in Assam, Hussain moved to Bengaluru, Karnataka for work opportunities. There, he met Surma Saddam, a well-known fitness trainer and bodybuilder from Karimganj district, Assam. Under Saddam’s mentorship, Hussain started his serious bodybuilding journey and soon began participating in professional competitions.
His hard work soon paid off — he won multiple gold medals and represented Karnataka at the national level, achieving Mr. India Bronze. Currently, he is focusing on his next big goal: to represent India internationally.
Though not much is publicly known about his family and educational background, Hussain’s story is a true example of how passion, discipline, and mentorship can change one’s destiny.
