October 4: Abduction and First Assault According to the First Information Report (FIR), the ordeal began on the night of October 4, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM.The minor girl was out for a walk when two of the accused, Vijay Thakor and Pavan Thakor, forcibly abducted her.
They took her to an isolated location on Sevaliya Road, where they, along with Raj Thakor and another accomplice, brutally assaulted her.

Later that Night: The Second Attack Following the initial assault, another accused, Soham Thakor, found the survivor and, under the pretext of offering her a ride home on his scooter, took her to Pavan Thakor’s office. There, Pavan and Raj Thakor sexually assaulted her once again.

Captivity Until October 6 The horror did not end there. Later, Prakash Modi and another associate approached the girl, promising to drop her home safely. Instead, they took her to Modi’s residence, where she was held captive until Monday, October 6, and was repeatedly raped during this period.

Swift Police Action and Investigation

After the girl went missing for two days, her family began a frantic search. Upon her return on Monday, she bravely recounted the entire traumatic experience to her family and the police.

Acting immediately on her detailed complaint, the Visnagar Police registered a case against all six individuals. In a commendable display of efficiency, police teams apprehended all the accused within hours. They were charged under stringent sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for kidnapping and gang-rape, as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
